CyberXP is designed to bring people together in the fair spirit of collaboration. In this spirit, all participants are expected to behave appropriately and show respect towards all participants, Organizers' staff and other stakeholders at all times and under all circumstances. Any behavior that does not meet these standards will be the cause for immediate exclusion, without warning or justification, at the discretion of the Organizers.

All information, including personal information, provided by participants during their application and subsequent registration for the event, must be accurate and valid. Misrepresentation of data will result in immediate exclusion.

The CyberXP program was created as part of the Cyber4SME European research project, funded by the European Union's Digital Europe Program. It is specifically designed for SMEs and self-employed individuals operating in Belgium. All applications are subject to a screening process to ensure that participants meet the eligibility criteria.
